Inc. is committed to helping you get connected every which way you can, at a
reasonable cost, using the technology available to the fullest extent possible,
so that you can be where the buyers are.
In
years past you used to be able to advertise in a few major publications, and
receive an out pouring of attention from the general public. Today that has changed, and you need to be
where the public is looking for new construction advertising, whether in the
Multiple Listing Service, or in the internet.

the buyers purpose, we are available to help you get your current home sold,
using a similar program as the builders use, saving valuable equity in your
resale home, so that you may purchase that dream home you want.
Biographical Information
Founded
in 1992, and formerly known as JFK & Associates, Inc. as a business
management, consulting, and real estate consulting company. In 1995, JFK became a licensed real estate company,
in order to provide the builder members of the Home Builder Association of
Greater Chicago a unique, effective and low cost fee base multiple listing
program. In 2000, as the contract with
the association drew to an end, JFK took the opportunity to expand on its
service to the builders, and changed the name of the company to JFK.Com, Inc.
to coordinate with the services offered.
Meet the President and Managing Broker.
Fern Krause, G.R.I. & C.S.P.
Fern
began selling real estate in the N.W. Suburbs, North Shore and Lake County, in
1981. When interest rates came out of
the double digits, and builders began to build again, she was selling new
construction to clients, who naturally looked at re-sales first. Fern became a broker in 1986. She joined the Home Builders Association of
Greater Chicago in 1988 and quickly became involved in many activities and voted
in as a director in 1989, and appointed a Life director in 1991. In 1990 Fern became the director of Builder
Service for Starck & Co. a large northwest suburban real estate company. In 1995, an opportunity to serve the
builders of HBAGC with a cost effective listing program, became available and
for the past 5 years has provided this industry proven, successful program to
HBAGC'S members.
JFK.Com,
Inc. has listed over $500,000,000 of new construction. These properties have been sold by either the
builders or REALTORS.
This
program is now open to all builders.
