1.   How will the public get to this site?

The public will be driven to this site by links from the various web sites that the listings appear in.  Such as Realtor.com, Cyberhomes.com, and the Chicago Tribune.com

2.   How do I avoid paying a commission to a Realtor who
is not part of the sale?

If the Realtor has not registered the client on the first visit per your registration policy, you are not liable for a selling commission. 
OR
If the customer did not refer to a Realtor on your sign in form on their first visit, you are not liable for a commission.

3.   What geographic areas does JFK.Com, Inc. cover?

The multiple listing service covers 14 counties in Illinois.  They are Cook, Du Page, Kane, Lake, DeKalb, Will, Kankakee, Kendall, Jo Daviess, Grundy, Lee, McHenry, Boone, Winnebago, Stephenson, LaSalle, and Livingston.

4.   How much is the program?

5.   How do I schedule Brokers open house?

All requests for brokers open house should be made to JFK.Com, by fax or e-mail.

6.   How do I arrange for a lock box?

Request for lock box should be made by fax or e-mail.  An upfront deposit and rental charge can be placed on your credit card.

7.   What is needed to get started?

A signed listing agreement and either a check or credit card payment for the first quarter of each listing including set up charges.

You will be supplied with a list of specific information required.
